How it works
Tell us about your business
Send the enquiry form with your business name and Maps link. We review your current listing and tell you what we would fix.
You give written consent
You add us as a manager on your profile and confirm in writing what we may do. You can remove our access at any time.
We set up, then keep it right
We complete the setup, then (if you choose a monthly plan) draft replies for your approval, post updates and send a short monthly report.
Setup plans
One-off. Choose the one that fits your listing today. Setup is waived when you start a monthly plan (Care, Grow or Multi-outlet) with a -month minimum.
Founding-client offer: first clients
Discounted setup and monthly prices (shown on each plan below). Monthly founding prices are locked for 6 months. In return we ask for an honest testimonial in your own words and your permission to publish a before-and-after case study about your profile. You approve the wording before we use it, and we will say that it was given in return for a discount. This is never a request for a Google review, and we do not offer any discount for one.
30-day money-back guarantee on monthly fees only: if you are not happy within 30 days of paying a monthly fee, tell us and we will refund that month. Setup fees are non-refundable once the setup work has been delivered.
Monthly upkeep
Month to month, cancel any time, unless you choose the -month minimum to have setup waived. Optional after setup.
Prices in and shown before tax. Google Business Profile itself is free; our fee is for our time and is shown on your invoice. We do not guarantee rankings, calls or sales.
FAQ
Do I stay the owner of my profile?
Yes. We work as a manager only, with your written consent, and you can remove our access at any time. We will release access within 7 business days of you ending the service.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You invite us as a manager from your own Google account.
Will you get me more reviews?
We do not write, buy or incentivise reviews, and we do not selectively ask only happy customers. We can give you a QR card and a message template so you can ask your real customers for honest reviews.
Will this make me rank first on Google?
No one can promise that, and we do not. An accurate, complete, well-kept profile gives customers the right information and gives your listing its best chance.
Who writes the review replies?
We draft them and you approve each one before it is posted. We use AI writing tools to help draft, and a person checks every draft.
Can any business have a profile?
Google's rules say a Business Profile is for businesses that meet customers face to face, such as a shop or a service that travels to customers. Online-only businesses may not qualify. If you are not eligible we will tell you rather than create a listing that could be removed.
